Just drive faster and keep it full. I'd be surprised if a 20ft free flow would give more out put as you should be setting forward speed according to losses.

Powerflow every day over Freeflow
Went back to Class and a vario, missed the powerflow header, but nothing else

Had a MF 40 with a powerflow table and hated it. We used to get Wilders out to set it up every year and it was still a nightmare. We would have 4 or 5 bearings go every season even when we changed most of them at the start of the season. Replaced a couple of rollers over the time we had it, they were shocking expensive. Belts lasted 7 years and a set cost £2000 to replace. It took a day to strip down and a day to set up at the start and end of the season and if you just left it alone you would spend days with constant breakdowns. Belts had to be hung up because we once had a rat make a hole in one.

Then I moved to France and we had stones and sunflowers both of which used to like getting under the belts and stop them going round so it just had to go. The combine wasn't a great one but the power flow was the worst bit.

We have a power flow on our 32.and still have 1 original belt the rest have only been replaced in the last 5 years .its now 30 years old.cant understand the bearing problem we probably get 1000 hrs from a set. I've never replaced a roller but have welded a couple of hexagon couplers and ground back to shape

The 4 years we ran the 7274 the header was the only bit that didn’t break down 🤷🏻‍♂️
