I would be greatly appreciative if you were able to complete a quick 5 - 10 minute survey if you have ever converted, or considered converting, a redundant farm building in East Anglia into a new use. The survey is relating to how you determined which future use to convert the building to, and specifically how you determined financial viability of the project. 'Redundant farm building' could be a single building or and entire farmyard and may be tradition buildings or a more modern structure. The new use could be into residential, offices, industrial units, storage units, a diversification venture or any other commercial use.

This survey forms part of the research for my masters dissertation at the University of Reading in Rural Land and Business Management MSc. The dissertation is examining how landowners and land managers undertake financial analysis of agricultural building conversion projects and what level of site specific research is most appropriate.

Thank you very much for your time, I am very grateful for any replies to this survey.
