Converting small shed to slats for chickens

I've got my small flock in lockdown in the end of a building that's mainly full of old stuff and things I might one day need 🤣
It's 15x25 foot and currently bedded up with straw. The area could be made to be twice as big if needed.

It's just an old harcore floor that's pretty much gone, it leaks water in from one end, I I'm planning on tanking it so it stays dry, once chickens can go back outside.

How much of a hassle would putting slats in be? Just concreting a tank below floor level with beams and slats above?

Then there's the question of how deep the tank would need to be.

Hoping to build up to 100 hens, who will have free range access outside (after lockdown)

TIA

You won't need a tank for chicken muck, just a floor good enough to pick up from. They don't create a slurry, it will stack (unless you let your drinkers wet it up too much).

Height needs to be about 3ft for 12 to 14 months occupation, depending on the stocking rate.
Brilliant thanks, is there a minimum sq foot for inside space? I know the minimum room for perching.

We have a plastic slat floor in one shed.
I really don't like it. Think the sheds Nedd to be full of birds to work correctly and push the muck through the holes.
I would suggest it's far cheaper and easier to bed on straw.
And a lot more pleasant for the birds.

Does the muck pile on the slats?
