What will you be grazing on it? This will also have a bearing on price.I'm located in the north yorks. How much would an acre of grazing land cost up 'ere? Rental & Buy prices..
Because I don't have a spare £10k.£100-£200 an acre? Why would you bother?
Ideally sheep. With the view to use it as a small turnout field for the horse in winter. What will you be grazing on it? This will also have a bearing on price.
So horses then? Look at £10+ per week if you are lucky enough to find somewhere .Ideally sheep. With the view to use it as a small turnout field for the horse in winter.

Sorry yes it's only a hobby. Like I said ideally sheep as it's something I would like to give a go. I say horse because we struggle for winter turnout and I may use the field if needed that's all.Ahhhh that makes sense! Horse prices. Daft prices and dragging everything else up!
If you turn your horse out onto it in the winter it will be good for nothing for most of the following summer! This is why horsey people struggle to find fields to rent. Plus the bloody horses wreck fencing.Sorry yes it's only a hobby. Like I said ideally sheep as it's something I would like to give a go. But it's always the case when I ask around. No land near me on the market.
