hey, can any on please tell me the cost of buy in pullets in from the rearing farm to free range farm and I am struggling to find this out for a business plan, such as if I paid for the birds and feed and vaccinate them, what labour would the rearing farm charge me?
Your making it too complicated. Usually the point of lay pullets are bought ready to to go. Fed, vaccinated and a few weeks off laying.
Anything from £4 for warrens bought in thousands up £20 for fancy stuff bought in oddments.
£4.20 fully vaccinated for April delivery 16 weeks old warrens my self I wouldn't bother you work 52 week of the year 7 days a week for very little return
£20 for bought in oddments.
I assume you mean 'pure breds' traditional. Trust me you won't make sod all on £20 oddments without a reputation of quality and breeding.
