Had a meeting with financial consultant regarding inheritance and trusts recently we are trying to get a few things sorted between myself and my dad. The consultant was pushing this company. I have no experience in this area but, i just have an inkling i do not want to discredit them but im just not sure. Have any of you guys dealt with them?

Did you pay them for their advice? Are the on commission? Why not speak with your accountant / solicitor about this kind of thing?

In my experience your solicitor or accountant will point you in the direction of another IFA, that's all

No idea about those guys specifically, but any decent accountant/solicitor combo should be able to both advise you on and set up a trust if needed. Better to use the people you know and trust than someone you have no experience of.

Do you know if they are regulated by the solicitors regulation authority??

Trusting a solicitor is going a bit far in my mind, whatever you do, DO NOT MAKE THEM a trustee or an executor
