Couple of concrete panel questions

Want to make an outside area for letting cattle out so we can muck out the main shed, move them about easier.

To fit in and still allow the central passage to be used it’s in effect two 14ft sections parallel to the end of the shed 12 ft apart and 25ft off the shed, that can be used as pens by various gates. my plan was to use 2 x 14ft 1m tall panels on top of each other so 4 of these totals. Would you go 4 inch or 6 inch. They shouldn’t have loading applied and will be face mounted off the rsJ to give a smooth wall in the pens. Also any idea on steel sizes for this

Been there a few years, hopefully won't move much now. They were double wired panels if that makes any odds.
Sorry yeah I meant the posts. Panels should be fine but there's a decent amount of load onto each post. It's not the post that fails but the ground around it. Not a massive issue - just need to dig it out and reset it. Usually they're not put in deep enough, should be 2/3s underground and 1/3 above and a big blob of concrete to stand a chance long term.
