Courier who will transport fresh meat

Hello! I am looking for a courier company who I can use to send our beef boxes. The meat is fresh and I have all the right packaging, I just can’t find a courier without “meat” on its prohibited items list. I have already tried DPD, FedEx and UPS. The other problem is that initially I only want to make two deliveries as I distribute most of the meat locally...thanks!

Derbys/Bucks.
I send butter out APC. Easy to deal with. Just make sure you put on delivery note 'must be delivered - foodstuffs' this hopefully avoids an easy return to depot opt out for the driver.
Also just send out on Tuesday or Wednesday, there's much less chance of missing the 24 hour promise.

There should be a link on our website to "Getting the best from your parcel carrier" but for some reason i am unaware of the whole website is down....So here are a few tips I can remember

1/ Dont tell them what the contents are, any extra insurance on overnight parcels really isn't worth paying extra for and the excess will be relatively high anyway.

2/ Only send out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and use a by noon service so that any discrepancy can be progress chased and discrepancies sorted out within the chill packaging manufacturers stated limits.

3/ Before a Bank holiday double check with your express carrier of choice (Not Hermes or Yodel) and make sure that the "Next Working Day" (Which will NOT include Saturday AM as standard) is in fact a delivering day and still allows a further 24 hours to sort potential problems out i.e. On the Week before Easter only send out on Monday and Tuesday.

4/ Make sure that the Name and address and telephone number is on the input details for the consignment so that the driver has no excuse to require an "Address Check" thus delaying delivery by 24 hours.

5/ The package must not rattle and should be capable of being dropped from waist height onto concrete without sustaining damage.

6/ Write the Waybill (Consignment) Number on the package in big indelible marker in case the label gets displaced.

This list is not exhaustive and the whole operation is not rocket science but if any small interruption to routine occurs then there could be a delay.

That's very poor. Never had that with many deliveries over the last few years - I take it you've spoken to them?
I have not spoken to them personally since I am outside the UK but my other half has - too many parcels, too few staff, too much social distancing, not enough time, handed on to another courier (Parcel to Go), we cannot track it any more than you can.....

blah blah blah - they were there to pick it up in pretty short order and did not mention any delays then
