Seen on the news tonight, govt just realised that grants etc. were crying out to be fiddled

There are some devious souls out there.
Seriously the the percentage that are thought to be fraudulent is 60% by value.
My wife is chair of local Scout group and they are being lent on from above to take grants that they do not morally qualify for or need.
Some of the soft heads on committee just see the money
Told wife if they go for it to make sure her objection is noted or resign.
