Never made sense to me , inject the old fookers first , cat 1 for dying from covid
Keeps them out of hospital beds. Dying is not the important bit even if it is final. Preventing them from clogging the system helps others all down the line. If you want to head off a runaway steer you don`t start in the middle but at the front. Napoleon ought to know this .

Had my jab last week. O-AZ one. My arm was sore for about 36 hours (I didn't relax it properly for the jab), and I had a runny nose for the same amount of time (had been bedding up with straw once I got home, though).
Currently feeling fine ~ which is a relief despite expecting to.

Had to go into local town today late afternoon my wife came with me orders a meal for collection from a local restaurant , while waiting in the market place watching the world go by a lady approached us and asked if we had , had the vaccine . I’ve had one dose and Mrs both . The lady was asking older looking people presumably it’s to use up the remaining doses from the vaccination centre . Should have tried to get my 2nd dose on hindsight.
Take a way meal was very nice too ate it on a park bench by the river. I know how to treat the Mrs

My first A-Z at Bury vaccination centre yesterday. A very slick operation.
Got up this morning aching, went and did some work then felt crap and retreated home. Nice to know that it is working.
For anybody doing manual work the common sense approach seems to be to plan for an easy day the next day. I felt fine till I did anything strenuous then couldn't be bothered with it.

I felt like I'd got a rev-limiter stuck on for three days and crashed each evening from about 6pm, requiring paracetamol to feel less than 100 years old. All back to normal now though.

just had the AZ vaccine, felt fine that day, next day cold and felt like I had flu, feeling better ish today, my aunt who is 92 had hers a couple of months ago, and she was fine. I wonder if as we get older our immune systems are not working as well, so maybe the older patients do not get a reaction because their immune response is not as good.
