You just don't get do you, we would be vaccinating younger folk to try & get this virus under some kind of control so hospitals can get back to treating seriously sick people of ALL ages, so many patients are currently missing treatment for what can be life threatening illnesses because of covid & this will get worse, hospitals have to isolate covid patients & jump through hoops to stop cross contamination.
You twerps quote figures of one in a million kids who might die because of the vaccine, what about the thousands that will die because they are unable to get hospital treatment!
Depend whether you believe the onus is on kids to do this or not.

indeed, it's 2 kids in intensive care per million
Intensive care vs. Hospitalisation. Easy mistake to make if you haven’t a clue. Seriously, these flippant remarks you make are influencing people’s healthcare opinions and decisions. If you can’t get the basics right (and you’ve demonstrated numerous times you can’t, nor that you understand the concept of risk), maybe best not to make public comment?
Plus not clear if vaccine would prevent either of those
Again, the statistics you endorsed clearly state “prevented”.

Again with the silence the dissenters!?
Hilarious!
Would be so much better if everyone thought and believed the same thing.
But then I guess if I thought like you I wouldn't understand mortality figures either, which would not be great.

No, but it would be better if folks didn’t spread lies or make up “facts” when it’s matters of public health.

You seem as confused by all the figures as anyone

Measles kills 2/3 young people per thousand it infects, we have a traditional vaccine that works, (creates herd immunity)with well known short and long term effects.
Covid puts 2 kids in hospital per million it infects, kills less than one of them.
The covid "vaccine" is an experimental type of drug that causes harmful known short term side effects and unknown long term ones.
So, no, I wouldn't say is comparable.
80% of people in hospital are un vaccinated , do the maths

Yip, thank god for the vaccines, they have done a remarkable job, just imagine the sh1t show without them over the last year. Bit early but it does seem the vaccines are “running out of steam.”….or more correct, the strains of covid are evolving.

Of course the vaccine works, but when they were approved last winter there was no word about blood clots or heart inflammation. Couple of months later the AZ vaccine was getting restricted to over 40s. Why were these things not picked up in the trails? They have just made it up as they go. Now they are going to inject kids. What long term data have they on vaccinating 12 year old kids? How might this affect a growing person? They missed the blood clots in the trials but what else have they missed? Chances of a healthy teenager dying of covid is tiny but they are pushing ahead with it to help their "mental health" and so old people can get hospital treatment.

so the deaths here being much higher than last year is also to do with vaccines "running out of steam"?

No…according to PHE..which you are fond of quoting…majority of covid related deaths are in the unvaccinated. I also suggested it was a bit early to confirm that the vaccines were losing some of their efficacy and also that the covid strains were evolving. I note you haven’t answered my question…viz. that you stated that it is down to popularism that children are now being vaccinated. Is this really your view?

the tiny unvaccinated cohort of the elderly(as always the vast majority of deaths are amongst the very old) contain a disproportionate number of people of people who are unhealthy and vulnerable to the virus in a myriad of ways, being unvaccinated is likely to be the least of their worries

Next time I see him. In the meantime, why don't you lead by example and commit to stopping doing it?
imo it's you who are disseminating opinions harmful to public health.
people can hear yours by switching on the tele , alternative views are possible and people are allowed to use their brains to think and express their own thoughts surely?

I suggest you correct PHE on that matter then….you obviously know better.
