The limiting factor is not the presence of respiratory viruses,more the numbers of vulnerable people.

That may be true of common respiratory viruses among extremely imunocompromised people, but not true when it comes to SARS-CoV-2. Large numbers in the context of common human coronaviruses are miniscule in the context of SARS-CoV-2.
