Crawler Solubility

Plan on applying some Crawler on the bad know blackgrassy bits on the beans tomorrow. Never used it before, but remember some serious mixing issues in the day of Kerb powder. Is it best to pre mix the Crawler in a bucket, or is it quite happy to go straight in the induction hopper ?
Cheers

From my one experience with it, pour it in the top of the tank when your nearly full and agitate slowly. It can foam like mad, and the anti-foam I had in some water conditioner did next to nothing. Might be worth doing 3/4 tankfuls if practical so any foam isn't forced out the tank lid at the top, saw that on twitter the other day.

It depends on your induction hopper setup.

I put some in our Chafer hopper a couple of years back and as fast as I tipped it in it was cleared from the hopper. Vertical jet pointing down did most of the work forcing it through and removing it from the hopper.....don't add the rinse ring though else that will cause it to sludge up.

Previous sprayer has a flat plate with holes in as a strainer in the bottom - that would get sludged up with Atlantis granules in no time and no jet to clear it.

Tipping it in the top of the tank sounds a reasonably sensible option if you've lots to go in and are worried it won't go through the induction hopper. I'm not sure I'd enjoy mixing it in a bucket as I was putting 5-6 bags in per tank so would take quite a while handmixing.
