Been pretty nasty actually. Cold after the warm and the rivers have shot up. The Dulnain (Carrbridge) rose over a metre overnight.

Normal for the whole of June is 60mm or so - we’ve had 50 something last night and more forecast for tonight.

It was 9c here yesterday, but more like 4c with the wind chill

I've seen Clive's Twitter feed, with rain lashing across his garden patio. He'd invited a few people over for a BBQ which seemed to do the trick!

rain now is too late for my wheat. you can’t bring tilers back from the dead sadly, but it will help spring crops a lot
