I am a big believer in credit when it due, and having had a seriously tottering time with the RPA since December, they have actually gone up massively in my estimation. Had a problem with late BPS payment and then part payment, when my statement came through, I had lost a large field off my maps and claim. Rang the RPA helpline, they talked me through filling in all the required forms, submitted, mistake acknowledged and claim difference paid within 3 weeks. Thank you and well done RPA.
