crop diversification / EFA excemptions

We have always been exempt from both of these as rule 1 applied as we have more than 75% of our land as PP and TG1, but as I was doing a final check on this years form , it said yes we are meeting the crop diversification rule , we have 4 crops anyways. The EFA however says 2.93 ha is needed so the rule isn't met.
Cursing I have reread the guidance and am sure it says if 75% is grass you don't need to do anything your exempt.
Am I right ? should I just press send ?

I'm doing ours as a paper application.
I read that exemptions had changed, then when I got to it I thought it read 75 % either TG or PG exempt from all crop diversification/ EFA.
I think we're right, but I'm open to advice .

Previously the arable area had to be under 30ha excluding TG1 ie.your crop area and 75% + grass which we made sure we were .But this year the 30 ha rule has been dropped so i drilled a little extra spring barley thinking it was ok . I have 39 ha crops and beet this season 18 ha TG1 and 177 ha PP.
