I am currently studying Product design at university and I am in the process of designing an efficient crop dryer for small-scale farmers in Nigeria. I have limited knowledge of crop drying and was hoping to build my knowledge in this area.

You need to do a bit more preparation before running your survey. Understand the psychrometric chart and equilibrium moisture of maize grain.
