few rolls of layflat hose ready with a big pump near the 'pond' or river ...

knew it was out there somewhere, met up with a pal tonight who is sending her template for a similar agreement, i just fill in some gaps.

access points for what type of vehicle
water sources - where we may be able to fill a tanker
then we add the following
list of telephone numbers of who is available to fight a fire
list of contact details of other interested parties

Oh, forgot to say, with so much out of control vegetation on the common and restrictions on burning - a cup of tea may be in order before the first option above

Mind, a source warns me there's probably something along the lines of a 'wildlife plan' in there somewhere too.

Is there one in the agreement? Who is your NE advisor? They will be able to help, even though the admin has been passed to the RPA.

Can't read 164 page agreement without blood pressure rising to unsafe levels.
NE advisor been off sick long time, and now moved elsewhere anyway, and I'd rather be left to get on with my life quietly until they find some nelms I prefer.
So we're fudging it with help from various sources (I note the term fudging has mixed meanings now)

And I realise my attitude to such a well founded and earnest gov scheme, for which I should be grateful and attentive, isn't quite as devotional as they'd like to imagine.
What can I do? I've got demons enough without trying to make any sense of the comprehensive horse manure.
