Cubicle house with tank over mining

Has anyone ever done this or know the rules/ regulations wether you can site a cubicle house ideally with a tank underneath over mining?
The mining is 7.some m deep (found by drilling)
A separate location for the tank would have to be 200m near an existing gateway for access and still need reception tank

I've built a building over a mine shaft entry. Few pointers below.

No weight can be exerted on the mine entry.
You will need an engineers design.
You will need a letter of the coal authority.
This all needs approved by planning.
They will want a site visit.

That's a building though, I'm picturing slurry storage being a whole different game.

I see no reason why piling in a grid, strip footings supporting slurry floor slab/a pre cast option? Isn't viable

Has the mine shaft been capped and signed off by the coal authority?

I doubt any signing off, it's not a vertical shaft it's a long tunnel about 7m deep, with plenty of off shoots to each side. Then another main shaft with off shoots coming towards the first off shoots and to other side.

Had plenty bore holes done to locate it and rods show it all

Many, many years ago used to go caving , went down one cave in Somerset and the farm nearby clearly had a very efficient slurry disposal system. I stress this was a long time ago.

Could you block the tunnel either side of where your tank is going then fill the blocked off area with concrete? That's basically what they do when capping shafts.

It isn't an ideal location but due to milk processing they done want to relocate the whole setup, cubicles are going to be 200m from parlour as is, don't want parlour away from processing so semi tied to this location.

The size of the shed for 200+ cattle I think filling the mining is dearer that a piling design but didn't know if one would be allowed for slurry, a shed I think is ok with mining being so deep.

Remember that you will be digging down to a point uncomfortably near to the tunnel considering that you would need a fair depth of reinforced concrete on the floor. It’s not something that I would be happy with doing.
