Cull ewes or store lambs

I have an abundance of grass and was thinking of buying either store lambs or cull ewes to fatten wich will be best option after Muslim festival

Lambs pay better but are more work and higher risk imo than ewes. Atleast with ewes your main customer base is on your doorstep though should brexit put a spanner in the works
