Thank feck for that The fecker finally went this afternoon ,I shut him up in tunnel he broke the doors and got out just as dealer turn up,he off to spend a week with some of his ewes then off slaughter next week ,learnt a lesson there don't keep a mental animal.now how do I go about getting a more chilled out ram!

At last!;) I just hope your dealer friend doesn't sell him on for breeding, but then I guess those that buy Rams from dealers are willing to take that risk....

As to getting a 'more chilled out ram', I think you've just been particularly unlucky with his temperament, although do I recall mention of keeping him in a nearby paddock and making a fuss of him every day?(Don't!). Lleyns have a reputation for being a bit feisty anyway, from what I've heard, so need handling with respect.

You're best shut of him and you've lived to tell the tale. Good luck with finding a replacement.
