What does a P-3 look like when living , sent cull holstein cows in deadweight all at of the palour . i would of called condition 3 so was suprised when they came P- with the best cow P-3 thou weighed 346 kg ?
Bottom one would be a p=1+ here I'd sayNearly all of our Holstein culls will be P-. We don't fatten them up, and they go straight from the parlour. Freisian and crossbred cows will nearly always be P+3 with the occasional O.
I'd guess this would be a P+3

Takes a serious feeding to get a Hol into a 3.Bottom one would be a p=1+ here I'd say
I'd be more than happy to have a holstein grade an 0? Must be on a different chart over there? An O grade holstein is by definition a terrible cow.
We talk about an awful good cow lolAn O grade holstein is by definition a terrible cow.
Get some proper cows and you might see the odd rAn O grade holstein is by definition a terrible cow.
And they always quote the O3 price!I didn't know culls could grade anything other than P-1?
P-1 at 170kg
There not to keen on them.
Love them?I don't know who they supply but St Merryn love scrawny old things. 170kg still nets you £350 at the moment
