Anybody else been watching this? Meant to and forgot so starting to catch up I-player and almost wetting myself. Well worth a watch. It's going to be like Monty Python or Black Adder; one-liners to quote for ever more to see who else is a fan.

I do wonder if the poker faced academics that are interviewed are for real or not:unsure:.

I'm sure they are in on it - how can you keep a straight face if you are asked out of the blue if King Arthur Came-a-lot. And Robert Peston and the most political question ever asked.... I would love to see the out-takes.

It's not bad, she does it very well, but I am certain that the academics / interviewees are in on it.

I can still watch Ali G doing his interviews and crack up, for the first series of so none of the interviewees had any idea that it was a spoof, they just thought he was an extremely boorish, ignorant idiot., but thy still persevered... :)

From the two minute point this gets so funny it's painful...

Apparently some academics/experts she speaks to know that it is a spoof programme, as they recognise her. Others have no idea and think it is all genuine. The ones you guess, think it is genuine are the best, because you know their responses are real, and not maybe being put on to make the programme appear funnier.
