Marmalade bowser ?
I can neither confirm or deny that.........................Elevator pit fora grain store?
The folded channels and angles are to keep all the sides straight and key it into the surrounding concrete. Are the angles welded on for strength?

Yes, punch plenty of hole in the angles and channels for concrete to grip.Is that why the box is drilled aswell? Do you expect it will be fully waterproof?
Someones got a keen eye!!Is there a reason why the middle channel section is out of line? must be on purpose because the intermediates dictate its position.
Seem to have made a bit of a tit of uploading pictues there. Perhaps @admin could sort the duplicates as i can't seem to work it out.View attachment 463082 View attachment 463086 View attachment 463090 View attachment 463096 View attachment 463096 View attachment 463082 View attachment 463086 View attachment 463090 Plenty of welding over the weekend and base and more sides for the second part.

Yes, the bracing stops it bowing when pouring and all the angles, holes etc tie it into the concrete. I've seen some (not mine!) that have bowed abnd they look terrible and your stuck with it then. Its a basic design my customer had used several times with good results.Stupid question time.
Why do you need such an amount of bracing stuff for the concrete on the outside?
Surely the set concrete will have plenty of strength or is it to stop it bowing whilst pouring?
Panels are hung from the forklift with a shackle and sling through the best positioned hole to get it to hang straight. The corners are then worked and tacked in the correct positions before being fully welded. It'll be to heavy for me to lift, so this one will be rolled out of the door with a forklift one end and a pallet truck the other. They'll be hiab-ed onto the transport. What do you use for lifting and positioning the panels when you are assembling it? And how do you move it when it is assembled, or does it flat pack and bolt together on site?
