Hi guys. I am looking for dairy farm application for android where to keep information about each cow's health, status, treatments... etc and also notifications. I think it would be very handy to have it alsways in your pocket. Anyone using something similar? Any reccomendations? Thanks!

Lots of people use Uniform Agri in the parlour and have the uniform app on the phone, Which will do all you want. Have uniform here but not the app, only because of a couple of non- uniform issues. No doubt somebody who uses it will be along soon.

Would use uniform, Does everything, not cheap but then any cheap/free app will either bombard you with adverts, sell your information or be terrible.

Uniform Agri here with the phone app. its very handy on the phone. Uniform agri on main Pc and you can have the app on as many phones as you require One thing I find really useful is the ability to scan the qr codes on medicines when you purchase them and the batch number and expiry date are filled in automatically.

Didn’t know about the QR codes, perhaps time to look at the app again. Only really haven’t got it as I don’t want to have to try to teach my brother to use it😂

I do have uniform on a second pc in my office which is really handy

Another vote for Uniform.
Son and herdswoman have it loaded on their phones. Makes life much easier
Cost based on number of cows in herd in various steps of X hundred head iirc

The barcode scanner is fab.
I looked super fancy when the vet was here, I just scanned the bottles she was drawing from and the treatment was in the records before it was in the cow.

I had a play with this today. Is there a way of adding medicines because it didn't recognize some things and others it recognised as the brand name not the poor man's version i.e metacam not recocam.
