Dairy farming is very risky to be in high debth if youre already well off you have the risk of milk price collapse animal disease outbreaks and bad weather ive seen many farms go bust that had high debts when milk price collapsed and weather was against them

No ones mentioned if interest rates rise,fortune favours the brave,but it does have a habit of kicking you in the balls.

Bought cows from there. It came up for sale well after i left, but nice grazing set up, grow more grass than me, side of a hill tho. Its middle of no where, but close to decent roads.

Its a hill compared to home. I drove up hill for what seemed about 10 miles.
