Dairy Farm For Sale

Thats not far away from that farm either. Seems to be a couple of nice places for sale in that area..

I understand that there quite a way from major cities but surely there good grass growing farms! Why are them so much cheaper?
I know both farms, Castle Clanyard will be difficult to sell and although Several will be decent would doubt if it would make the asking price

Clanyards a dump will never make asking. Still think Several will make over, much better area than likes of Cronan which is tidy.

Whats wrong with castle clenyard? Looks to have nice land? Dont know the area mind. Is Several farm not sold?
