Tarmac farming not a thing in your area???? Main sign of success

Important KPIs pickup mileage relative to age and how soon can you wear a set of tractor tyres shifting sh!t or silage
I we've done quite a we've done quite a bit of tarmac farming over the years, still do some now, as do most of our dairy neighbours, I wouldn't describe it as a cheap hobby!
I supposed to put it another way, 158 Acres surrounding the farm, 400 cubicles you've got to be keen on moving stuff around and hope some opportunities near home become available

Any word of much coming this spring dairy unit wise? What was the end up with Englishtown
Never heard anything about, had forgotten about it to be honest. 200+ acre unit just outside Carlisle has just been grass let with chance of buildings. Good simple set up, but doubt it will be a unit in its own right anymore.

I'm just in the process of trying to sign up landlord number 14 but if I do I'll be giving up a few fields further away so I'll be back down to 12/13 again soon.

I'm still only 1% owned, 99% rented but it's not all bad, most of the people I rent from are pretty decent.
Opposite here I now only rent 7 acres and that’s only to walk stock through,I just changed landlords for a bank manager, haven’t talked to the bank manager for over 2 years now so not bad going.
