Dairy Farm For Sale

Do you mean it was sold last year,and up for sale again? Or sold again already. How cant they get a milk contract? There must be a few dairy around there,and not that far from the A74/M6.
My understanding was the deal was done but couldn’t make it work. Yew tree I’m sure would lift other than that the now options would be limited First Milk maybe

White House looks expensive,you wouldn’t have to go far north to get twice the farm for that money.

St Florence is a pretty impressive setup. How available is rented ground nearby? Struggle to see how that infrastructure can work to capacity on that acreage.

This farm looks to be well equipped, but looks a bit pricey. Probably a case of the seller wanting their investment in the buildings and equipment back plus the land and house. 2 + 2 = 3 not 4

Owner has multiple farms, has been on the market for a bit. Cornwall land of milk and honey is always expensive

You’ll love it when you want to cross cows or make silage. Less than a stone’s throw from Tenby.

the property has been on and off the market for the last 20 years by the same seller The farm was nearly sold 3 years ago then the seller backed out The seller gone tb clear sold the cows just before covid .Hes Looking for a English farmer to pay over the odds like they do .
