Firstly who on earth valued that??? 350k for 100 acres?!

Secondly why on earth do they put so many photos of the house in?! I couldnt care less what the living room looks like, show me the parlour! 😂

That's what I said when we bought 2nd farm, don't care what the house is like, the land and buildings is what will make it pay.

Does make you wonder 52 acres next to the river Severn. Really rough sheds with mains water and electric. Just sold for £750K this last week. Don't even think the auctioneer put the particulars up either.

Honestly thinking about it just for the location name.

Seriously though would it be a good country to be a dairy farmer?
Socialist government. Very high taxes most people pay over 50%. I spoke to a consultant vet and she was paying over 60%. She wanted to buy a Discovery but there was a £60k tax on that. Generational change costs a fortune 40% of farm value. Children cannot inherit they have to almost buy it. The retiring farmer then pays tax on the money he gets from his children for farm he has built up. The Scots have this to look forward to under Krankie if they become independent.
