This only had digestate.

Straw very inexpensive. I get around £9 for a Heston bale in the swath.

Soon be able to backload brewers grains from vivergo.

No black & white stripey vermin.

Big, square, flat fields.

Doesn't pee it down every other day like other places.

But clearly a waste of time if no buyers for product. It may be that the government incentivize us to plant it all with gs4 herbal lays; stick digestate on; take one big cut; then graze it with dog & stick.

Not really. I'm looking to make my farm as attractive to as many people as I can. Currently I have grass which goes to a dairy. But that doesn't really make sense. At the same time, vivergo reopening and demand for ad means land is in demand.

But then I never say never. Quite a flush of land has appeared on the market in Lincolnshire. Mines no trophy farm - it's very much a commercial unit with all the £££ put into the soil. But will be interesting to see what money these other spots make.

I thought the Lincolnshire market was very quiet. I can only see one unit on the market north of Lincoln, which looks dear!

That kind of land will always be dear.

It's local to me and is a very good set up. He has already moved to his new farm in Somerset.

Not Lincolnshire. Few in notts. Estate near Grantham. Thats only the publically marketed though.

A housing chain is bad enough, a farm chain collapse can really push the cash flow

Only started with some bare land 9 years ago no small change but being with Arla has held it together. Am aiming for a move in the future if things go to plan. Liked that one at Glenluce.
