We’ve got a bottom up here of probably 7k an acre from forestry madness. Agree though poor infrastructure but would make an excellent dairy. Neighbour has 2500 cows milking

Easily double 7k over here without forestry madness.
The neighbour will buy it won't he? Another 300 acres is only pocket money to a 2500 cow man.
 
That our farm, time for a change of direction for us. Good farm, dry for the area, grows grass for fun, form an orderly que 😂
Looks great, it's not often a dairy farm comes on the market that's not a run down sh!t heap.

If you've no family to carry on, maybe you'd consider adoption? I'm 38, come with a family of 4, couple of dogs and a herd of cows....

Sounds perfect I’ll tidy out the spare room 😂
Thankyou regards the farm, it’s had continual investment over the years so is in a good position for someone to come in and get the milk flowing immediately.
