We’ve got a bottom up here of probably 7k an acre from forestry madness. Agree though poor infrastructure but would make an excellent dairy. Neighbour has 2500 cows milkingSeems alot of money for that
Easily double 7k over here without forestry madness.

knock the steading down build half a dozen houses , plant the ground with trees makes what would have been hardish to sell farm worth a lot. Not really what I want to see

When it’s running it’s brilliant, it is slurry only which works fine and produces decent amount of gas but the plant itself has struggled with reliability.
