Lottery ticket time again,neighbours never came on the market so I didn’t get the chance,another neighbour sold his 3 years ago and is still farming it as a tenant so I’ve missed that.

Hope you have better luck than we've had, neighbours and changed his mind and not going to sell currently 🙈, so back on the market to look again, if anyone wants to sell a 250 to 500 dairy unit suitable for spring calving anywherein the soutwest or Dumfries and Galloway, drop me a PM 👍

That one at Gatehouse is coastal and if it’s spring block so parlour and collecting needed I would definitely consider it budget depending

441 grade 2 acres, 7 bedroom house and 5 cottages. £7 million

We farmed within a mile of this farm upto 6 years ago, superb ground, used to be heavily involved with swede. Would be a cracking farm, big herd of N Devon cattle ran the ground. Big dairy unit next door would chase I expect.
