Dairy farm to let

The level of rent you pay will tend to dictate the level of reinvestment the tenant makes on farm. A fairly well equipped dairy farm with a house in an area where a contract is available is probably around the £200-250 mark, depending on facility’s and term length.

it’s just up the road from me. I’ve not been in there for decades, but lead to believe the eye in the sky makes it look a lot better than it is. Judging by the cattle at the sale, to which the surrendering tenants didn’t attend, I can believe it. The landlord is supposed to be about to spend a chunk of cash on the house though.

Yeah, can imagine there will be plenty of punters. Thought about it, but 5 miles away, and have land 8 miles in the other direction, so haven’t even picked up the phone.
