Judging by the cattle at the sale, to which the surrendering tenants didn’t attend, I can believe it. The landlord is supposed to be about to spend a chunk of cash on the house though.

Yup. Family farm. One member died a few years back, and I think he was keeping the piece and holding things together. I thought you could see it in the cows. The older girls had a lot more about them than the younger stock.

Whole house is being gutted and done out... have got the particulars here very posh particulars I must say haha....
Viewing day in a couple of weeks not holding my breath I’d imagine every man and there dog will put an unrealistic bid in that they can’t make pay then be on here moaning there making no money in a few months time lol

Yeah, can imagine there will be plenty of punters. Thought about it, but 5 miles away, and have land 8 miles in the other direction, so haven’t even picked up the phone.
