I am a final year Agriculture Student at Harper Adams University. For my dissertation/ Professional Research Project i am doing it on 'Prevalence, impact and control of Paratuberculosis (Johne's Disease) in cattle for Dairy Producers.' As part of the research i am doing a questionnaire for Dairy farmers. I need as many responses as possible from all over the UK and abroad. The survey only takes 5 minutes and is completely anonymous. The survey is open from now until mid February and would really appreciate it if Dairy farmers will fill it out please
Many thanks

Done twice for 2 herds. I would suggest culling rate question should be cows per 100 cows not number of cows, I had to put >40 but our culling rate is only 20%.

Yes, I was unsure whether to put % or number but the tutor thought number maybe easier for larger herds, but yes i did consider it. Thank you for doing 2 herds though, i really appreciate it.

Done. Well done on producing a good questionnaire with a range of options for each question. Although thought provoking it was certainly easier to answer than most questionnaires that are posted on TFF(y)

Thank you very much! Its nice to have some good feedback.
