Snow or ice?

Had about 3 inches of snow yesterday , but down to almost -4 now and there is quite a steep bank up our drive , which has frozen quite nicely tonight . There is a lot more snow further south than us and the milkman said it was the 9th time he has been towed today .

We looked at Goats , went to see a couple of farms , one milking 700 taking milk weekly to buyer himself in his own tanker, good set up, buyer was about 40 miles away from him, would be 70 miles from here.

Housed 24/7 so no additional land used m, everything looked good.

Downside here was distance from buyer and any amount of chimneys, but most of all the killer was the thought and threat of TB, herd slaughter and zero compensation .
