Dale drill in ungrazed cover crops

Just wondering if any users can comment on how well the dale drill will handle ungrazed cover crops, either with or without the disc kit?
We had one on demo this autumn used into rape volunteers about 20 cm high at the end of October in the wet and it was fine
I guess taller ones with more stem would be more of a challenge
Didn’t try the disc kit we have sheep so less likely to be ungrazed especially this year ....
If anyone has cover crops they want grazing in south Herts let us know
Thanks Dan

Which drill did you have on demo?
