Had an apple Se and the Gnet dash cams worked perfectly then I changed phone to an apple 13 and cameras do not connect to the phone any ideas?

Few things worth checking

• Do they work over Bluetooth or Wifi - does this needs to be turned on
• Do they need any configuration changes either within the app or settings such as turn on location services or similar
• Do you have the latest app on the iPhone 13
• If there is an account, do you need to login to the same account on the app on iPhone 13
• Do you need to reset the camera and start configuation to the new phone again
• Do you need to unlink it from the old phone or something
• Have you tried the same steps you used when you got them working with your old phone
