Very odd. According to the workshop manual the 1394's and smaller had dry brakes and 1494-1694's had wet brakes. The brakes in ours are just about shot and sound very much like squeaky dry drum brakes and has the same brake ram and adjuster as the manual depicts for drum brakes.

Anyway never mind about what brakes are in them the real important question is when are you changing your username to daveMF?:D
It’s okay there’s still 6 David browns hear and only 3mfs :D
