Its as if MF have been left out too dry n get on with things themselves to be honest
You can buy a IDEAL combine in either MF or FENDT livery ok
At that point when they leave the same factory neither has anything too do with the other
so lets say there is issues with a MF badged one or the other way around, if higher up finds a fix it most likely will never get passed on too the other lot.
now thats some way to run a business eh.
As a Massey operator id rather the supplying dealer had nowt too do with the other as its doing far more harm than good imho.
fair enough use parts or major components from each other but that should be the end of it.

Massey isnt at LAMMA because its using its Show budget in other ways like plenty other major players do.

LAMMA isnt cheap none of them shows are.

Think they are separating them at dealers because fendt are so much better and people are just buying fendts.
,
these figures are 2018 but Fendt are below 1000 tractors so not exactly stealing the MF business, I imaging both Fendt and MF will have improved a little

I dont blame them, Massey once again standing still for too long & yet again left behind.
The 8S has been too long in arriving for them id say.
If its right thats a whole diff story.
am sure there will be 7S within 2 years but could be too late.
After being told price increases on the last of the current smaller 7700 chassis models still available then no wonder folks aint buying them
Fendt are pretty much matching a fully specced massey HP for HP but & we all know this, yet Massey just have blinkers on at this point
5000hrs down the line the Fendt pays off big style.
Such a shame as i still like the masseys

Perhaps that was the tactics, put the old ones up so the new ones seem likely a bargain!😂😬
These are the lesser models that are still in production atm tho... all T5 of course thats how there still being made.
why they didnt just make the 7720 up over T5 ive no idea.... of course the 8S was in the background thats why...
Heard of yet another 7726 D6 trans than gave up recently... £10k repair job....

Kubota havnt got a 6cyl powerhouse of a tractor yet u wonder why not eh ?
They’ve built the engine...they’ve also built a new r & d centre in beuvais strangely...I expect the new Kubota to look like a MF...apparently they gained a few staff from down the road??
