Why don't they just let them all be MF, Valtra and Fendt dealers? Seems silly to split up the AGCO stuff.
They did but because the dealers cherry pick the brands they want to sell at what hp level it causes issues in the brands as each brand is responsible for their sales, profitability etc

We have used one of dealers involved for all tractor purchases for the last 16 years. I will now need to change brand or dealer - next purchase may well not be AGCO.
My main reason for selecting where to purchase from is backup. Now there are 2 teams of mechanics going to have to be retrained and take time to become familiar with a new product.
Bit of a farce in my opinion.

And to add to it kelso harvesters may also lose mchale on the back of it as MF has it's own grassland range of kit 🤷🏻‍♂️
Scot agri in Alnwick tech might be able to keep McHale going from there? who knows its all a crock of bullcrap the whole farce.
As the old saying go's 3 in a bed & there is trouble ahead.
The Germans kicked the French out in this case.

There is one thing for sure Scotagric or K & H will need a lot more spanner men to fix there tractors they are going to sell, but there again who will buy an out of date tractor with more software problems that the factory can put right , good luck to them .
Cant for the life of me think KLH or there new name will sell any more masseys than Ancrofts did.
we all know the Fendt is selling far more than massey is & who's fault is that....
Massey think there a premium brand & want top money also.
Folks are sick & are switching to other brands thats my views.
Iam sticking with Massey but for me it wont matter as iam not in the rep tractor market for quite some time.
Such a shame the business ive delt with for 30years wont get massey parts anymore, (after march 2022) now i have to run much further for them.

Agco are pushing valtra ahead of Massey, a top Agco man told me that they are fed of of the French who won’t listen or take advice , the way he was talking Agco won’t own Massey for ever.
