DEFRA launches Natural Capital Tool

Defra launches natural capital tool
The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) has launched an online resource to guarantee ‘better’ environmental decision-making by valuing natural capital.
The tool hosts a “comprehensive and integrated” set of evidence and guidance about natural capital in the UK.
Policymakers, businesses, landowners and public sector organisations will be able to use the tool.”

People with verbal diareah or however it's spelt, shouldn't be allowed out, never mind be given a job with DEFRA.

What happened to good, concise, down-to-earth, common-sense, basic, sensible English?
I have a son who works in another department in Whitehall - this sort of crap is the constant foodstuff of the civil servants there too, they all move about every few months and so they all need this kind of speak to get them up to speed in their new posts.
