Just realised that I hadn't filled this in and sent it. The big question: what on earth do you put for the litres used? of course you can get a figure from you supplier but what a meaningless sum. Glyphosate going on at say, 4l/ha and SU going on at 20g/ha.

I just multiplied the arable cropped ha x 10. Don’t do much grassland spraying so didn’t include it. It says an estimated figure is ok

We concluded about 600-700, no need to include amino acids and foliar feed.
The whole process is rubbish in that here we are in 2022 and you have to download and save a spreadsheet, fill it in and then attach it to an email. More like 1998. Have they not heard on online forms?

My buying group supplied me the total figure for the last 12 months. On 1000 acres of arable, the figure was 3x what I thought it would be….quite scary really.

My Agronomist told me as a very rough guide times my cropped area in acres by 15 so i did & then put that number on the form
And funny enuff whilst sorting out used agchem cans to be recyled the other week the figure it came too was probs about right
Recon ive got a new business line in Can Caps tho as cant be recycled so i just hoard the buggers in 205lt plastic drums
Recycle place said put them in the general waste bin at home
What have be become eh & oh & all my plastic & cardboard waste end up a shipping container & sent to china
Thats so so wrong isnt it. come on UK you could do so much better
Anyone know a place that would take the can Lids?
EDIT!!
Apart from my incinerator drum!
