Coke (the drink), not diet coke, is a good rehydration drink - used to be used in Africa for the babies!
Milk is the best, but any liquid will do, including tea and coffee, and any fizzy drink if you are feeling sick, the bubbles help you not to be sick and therefore keep the liquid down.
Ummm... I'm so envious; soaps, reality t.v. shows, cooking programs, football and the news on a fifteen minute loop that is enough to make anyone feel unwell.
