Dehydration

One thing I started in my old job Landscape gardening( tended to be outside all the time and more active) is drink loads of water used to go through litres of it when it's warm. Still do now as well as several cups of tea.
Try to drink milk now, instead of Powerade's etc quite like the Mars shake although girlfriend reckons it probably contains loads of sugar?

Have they managed to get a blood sample yet? It must be like tomato puree.

Spray the tabs with WD40 - and they will float off. You will smell wonderful too!
Coke (the drink), not diet coke, is a good rehydration drink - used to be used in Africa for the babies!
Milk is the best, but any liquid will do, including tea and coffee, and any fizzy drink if you are feeling sick, the bubbles help you not to be sick and therefore keep the liquid down.
