Can anyone recommend a haulier who is regularly in or near Denmark who could pick up a slurry tanker & deliver it to Anglesey?

BTW, it's dual carriageway all the way until the last 5 miles which are on B roads but access for artics not a problem

TIA

No problem. Had a stupid (or that least felt that way) of euros 8000 when we know we can bring in heifers for 5k euros ... and they have to be fed and watered

Should do that for 2k if you're flexible , fetched a big baler and accumulater from Belgium which was all of a low loader for 900 gbp

Get that wagon purchased rickster, driver would get that done in between milk drops ?

The way hauliers (or rather “logistics”) treat the Sainted Isle, you’d think it was somewhere in mid Atlantic and they had to row to get here with some quotes we get so one day a tractor unit may not be so silly ....

Ta. We felt that the chain was being yanked a bit. If 8k was the cost, it would make any purchase pretty unviable

If you think that they take the p!ss because you live in Anglesey you should try getting stuff out of Mainland Europe into NI. Even a lot of people in GB don't understand how close we are.

Get it delivered to Liverpool or Chester then and get a local hero to fetch it the rest of the way by tractor.
If Kinsey could haul potatoes from there you must be able to find someone to drag a tanker back.

I brought a combi baler wrapper in from Holland last year, I booked it roll on roll off unattended, the dealer delivered it to Rotterdam and I collected it from Killingholme the next morning,it cost less than £300,I was quoted £1600 door to door on a low loader, well worth talking to freightlink as they can book you a freight ferry anywhere in the world,if you could get it to this side of the water then arrange transport here.
