Passed the magic mark this morning, more than 50% of the farm underwater. Good job none of its drilled. Looking at the above photo shows the benefit of not dredging and all the good it's doing to wildlife the policy is aiming to protect.https://scontent-lht6-1.xx.fbcdn.ne...=ad8650391c250efaddede4db552407ba&oe=5EB76739View attachment 859011View attachment 859011view of Shropshire flood plain, which hasn’t ever been this bad. Looking towards rodneys pillar.

No, wasn’t me, most of what I had came out on the other road which was relatively straight down hill. I know the road you mean, they come out allmost together, just a couple of small fields on the top I had up that side, not a road you’d want to meet anything on with a tractor and trailer.Only a couple of fields away from the springs. Was it you I unfortunately met one Friday night coming out with a load of straw. I’d been playing football at Ellesmere college and decided to drive home that way. Had to reverse all the way back around those bends and another tractor with rake on, had come up behind me.

it was a very big Massey tractor and blinded me with all his lights on as I was trying to reverse .No, wasn’t me, most of what I had came out on the other road which was relatively straight down hill. Assuming he was lugging straw from the springs I know who it was, or more to the point I know who bought the other fields there.it was a very big Massey tractor and blinded me with all his lights on as I was trying to reverse .

it was the springs. Field virtually opposite the farm. Just unlucky that he drew out at the same time, as he couldn’t go back. Must be the most windey road around here.Assuming he was lugging straw from the springs I know who it was, or more to the point I know who bought the other fields there.
When I was lugging straw I was practically chased out of the field by a fleet of vaccy tankers lugging slurry, they seemed to be traveling in convoy and were heading back up that windy road, wouldn’t want to have met that lot.it was the springs. I know the gang. Have then here sometimes as we both grow maize for the same dairy farm locallyWhen I was lugging straw I was practically chased out of the field by a fleet of vaccy tankers lugging slurry, they seemed to be traveling in convoy and were heading back up that windy road, wouldn’t want to have met that lot.
