“What have you got” sort of thing.... I can’t recall if those assemblies on the front of your OSR drill frame are bolt on?

I think the brackets are welded to the frame , the wheel assembly and winder is pinned and are coming off If they are any good to you . I also have a pair of steel wheels off a cousins drag . I will look for them tomorrow and send you a pic .
