hi
so yes i am another detectorist looking for permission, i`m 58 years old, had heart surgery and hate the prospect of another summer with to much time and not a lot to do.
i have not detected for approx 8 years but fortunately kept the machine, i am not a member of any organisation and don`t have insurance but i do know how to close a gate and put soil back into a hole leaving it level.
one field would be enough to work on and it would even last me a couple of years ( i am no spring chicken and will not be racing through fields), on a nice day the wife might be with me with a couple of deck chairs flask and book.
sorry but i am unable to offer payment for the use of a field as i am now on a small pension and the chances of any employer taking me on is pretty slim so as things go i am sort of up the creek without a paddle.

so i have been as honest as i can be with this request, one grass field that i can get access to through the summer would be fantastic but the question is can anyone help? all the usual detecting rules will be followed i.e rubbish taken away, 50/50 split etc etc, apart from that i need something to do and a way of keeping my fitness up
so that`s it, the only proof i can provide of my current situation is a 12 inch chest scar and the downside is that i`m english lol (a geordie to boot!).

thanks
