Has anyone found limitations with blowing fert back to drill with df1 front hopper, finding at high rates above 350kg the ventury bridges over. Doesn’t have back pressure and even with pipe off at back of tractor if I turn metering fast it’s bridges over at the metering wheel

What size of pipe are you blowing back through? The 5 inch pipe can handle a lot more than the 4 inch pipe. Even tho 10k blowing 350kg/ha back would be close to the limit.

It’s the 4” pipe as that’s what size come up from metering unit,I can get 300kg on my 4m at 7k but ho faster it can’t cope which is frustrating. Doesn’t seem to be a back pressure issue as even with pipe removed and straight into a bag it will struggle if I turn wheel fast. Think the 4” pipe is just at its limit

You’d need the bigger pipes and elbows. I’ve heard that cutting the first half inch off the first pipe where the fert is getting blown into makes a difference but that’s just what I’ve heard.
